In order to meet the demands of Beninese students to the West African sub-region and Africa in general, the Department of Mathematics of FAST in collaboration with the IMSP, HERCI the ENEAM, FASEG of UAC and the University Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München (Germany) and the Association for the Promotion of Actuarial Sciences / School of Actuarial Science (APSA / ESA) "launched the third promotion Master in Actuarial Science and Mathematics financial under the academic year 2015-2016.

• 2006: Development of the program, recruitment of local lecturers.
• November 2006: Start training Bachelor level.
• 2007: Constitution of the association "Aktuarwissen für Afrika eV" (Germany), Actuarial Sciences for Africa (ASA).
• 2008: Fact Finding Mission and the beginning of negotiations for the signing of cooperation agreements between academic Ludwig Maximilian-Universität Munich (LMU München) in Germany, the University of Abomey in Benin (Benin UAC) and the Higher Institute of Management in Benin (ISM Adonai).
• 2009: Contacts with the Technical University of Chemnitz and also proposed introducing specialization in financial mathematics in our training program.
• Creation of the Department of Actuarial Science and Mathematical Finance (MF & DSA) at ISM Adonai.
• Signature of an agreement of academic cooperation between DSAs & MF and the Institute of Mathematics LMU München.
• Sending our first student in Munich in the department "Group Non-Life Actuarial Allianz SE Group" for an internship of three months.
• 2010: Creation of the actuarial association "School of Actuarial Science (ESA)
• ASTIN Financial Assistance section for "Actuarial Studies in Non-life insurance" of the International Actuarial Association (IAA) and the participation of 15 Nigerian insurance professionals to seminars during the training program.
• Internships Bachelor level of a student group in Benin.
• Sending our first student in Lausanne, Switzerland for an internship of three months to the Cabinet "Pittet Risk Management SA".
• Drafting and filing of the first memories Bachelor level.
• Signature of an agreement of academic cooperation between Benin and FAST UAC LMU München Institute of Mathematics.

• 2013: Start of Master program in Benin FAST UAC, through the financial support of the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD: Deutscher Akademischer Austausch Dienst).

 Signature d’une convention de coopérations académiques sur les formations en sciences  actuarielles et mathématiques financières entre FAST-UAC et Faculté d’Economie et des Affaires (FEB) de KU Leuven, Belgique
La Faculté des Sciences et Techniques (FAST) de l’Université d’Abomey-Calavi  (UAC) en République du Bénin et la Faculté d’Economie et des Affaires (FEB) de KU Leuven en Belgique ont signé en octobre 2015 une convention de coopérations académiques pour formaliser leurs échanges sur les formations en sciences actuarielles et mathématiques financières. En effet Prof. Dr. Jan Dhaene (responsable du cycle doctoral en actuariat à KU Leuven en Belgique et ses collaborateurs interviennent dispenser depuis 2009 des cours pour les formations en sciences actuarielles et mathématiques financières à Cotonou. Cette convention vient donc dedonner un caractère officiel à ces échanges qui existent depuis. En plus de cela jusqu’à 2 étudiants niveau master en actuariat à Cotonou peuvent aller faire un semestre d’études à KU Leuven.
